It must be nice to be Donald Rumsfeld and to decide to spend another billion dollars on new arms and increasing the size of the Iraqi security forces with American tax dollars. Forget the fact they just released a report stating that thousands of weapons, we the taxpayers have already bought the Iraqi security forces are missing and unaccounted for, because of lazy book keeping or non existent property books. Billions in missing funds from the original Coalition Provisional Authority, in the neighborhood of 9 billion, what should spending another billion of our dollars on them should bother Rummy, after all the VA isn't spending the billions it is supposed to on veterans mental health care, due to lack of oversight, maybe they can just move the money to Iraq.
